Musk: Cybertruck electric pickup is being shipped to Tesla stores in North America.
On November 23rd, Tesla CEO Elon Musk revealed on the social media platform X that Tesla's electric pickup truck is on its way to Tesla stores in North America (Figure 1). Previously, Tesla revealed that one million people have pre-ordered the Tesla, with a target of producing 200,000 vehicles per year. According to media reports, Guo Mingchi, a well-known analyst at Tianfeng Securities, stated on October 10th that Tesla's estimated shipments this year are 100-200 units, reaching 100,000-120,000 units next year, and 240,000-260,000 units by 2025.

Previously, Tesla disclosed that one million people have pre-ordered the Tesla, with a target of producing 200,000 vehicles per year. According to media reports, well-known Tianfeng analyst Ming-Chi Kuo stated on October 10th that Tesla's estimated shipments this year would be 100,000 to 200,000 vehicles, reaching 1.0 to 1.2 million vehicles next year, and 2.4 to 2.6 million vehicles by 2025. During the third-quarter earnings conference call, Tesla admitted that increasing production would be "extremely difficult," with a target of delivering 250,000 vehicles by 2025. In addition, Tesla has previously stated that the increase in operating expenses caused by Tesla is one of the reasons for the decline in Tesla's net profit in the third quarter. On October 19th, Tesla announced on its official Weibo account that the first delivery event for Tesla will be held at the Texas Gigafactory on November 30th (Figure 2).
