TENCENT granted approximately 953,400 stock options

Intelligence Finance APP News, Tencent Holdings announced that on August 15, 2024, the company granted 953,385 share options to employee participants in accordance with the terms of the stock option plan, for subscription shares (subject to acceptance by the grantee before becoming effective). The exercise price of the share options is HKD 373.12 per share

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, Tencent Holdings (00700) disclosed that on August 15, 2024, the company granted 953,385 share options to employee participants in accordance with the terms of the stock option plan.
