On the news front, Ambow Education announced that it has reached a non-exclusive, annually renewable licensing agreement worth $1.3 million with Inspiring Futures Pte. LTD. This agreement authorizes Inspiring Futures Pte. LTD. to produce HybriU AI UniBox and sell HybriU in the international market, the latter being a comprehensive AI-driven plug-and-play educational solution.
