Xiaomi held a product launch event for the Xiaomi 15 series and Surge OS 2 on October 29th, unveiling 16 new products including Xiaomi cars. Xiaomi cars achieved a monthly delivery volume of 20,000 units in October, exceeding the annual target of 100,000 units. Surge OS 2 system has significantly improved performance, with a 19% reduction in CPU idle time and a 16% increase in IPC in high-load scenarios. In terms of intelligent driving, Urban NOA is set to be released on October 30th, with internal testing expected to begin at the end of November
On the evening of October 29th at 19:00, Xiaomi held the Xiaomi 15 series and Xiaomi MIUI 2 new product launch event.
This launch event not only featured the highly anticipated Xiaomi 15 series and the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra mass production version, but also included the Xiaomi Pad 7 series, Xiaomi Watch S4, Xiaomi Mi Band 9Pro, Xiaomi MIUI 2, as well as a new lineup of high-end Pro series home appliances, smart door locks, Wi-Fi 7 routers, and a total of 16 new products.

The self-developed micro-architecture scheduler of the MIUI 2 system reduces CPU idle time by 19%, improves IPC by 16% in high-load scenarios, reduces the maximum scheduling delay of key threads by 46%, and significantly enhances the overall user experience.
At the event, Xiaomi Group Chairman and CEO Lei Jun first reported on the delivery status of Xiaomi cars. In October, Xiaomi delivered 20,000 vehicles, and it is expected to achieve the annual goal of 100,000 deliveries ahead of schedule in November.
In addition, Lei Jun announced new developments in Xiaomi's smart driving technology: Urban NOA will be fully rolled out on October 30th; Xiaomi Smart Driving will be equipped with end-to-end large models and visual language large models, with targeted internal testing expected to start at the end of November and pioneer version rollout by the end of December.
