港股研究社讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，迪脉（上海）企业管理有限公司因生产、销售以不合格产品冒充合格产品，被上海市浦东新区市场监督管理局罚款 1 万余元，没收违法所得 1200 余元。
处罚事由显示，今年 5 月，该局收到山东省市场监督管理局的来函，反映在山东省市场监督管理局组织的冲锋衣产品质量监督抽查中，该公司生产的外套产品抽样质量检验不合格，不合格项为纤维含量（风帽）。当事人共计生产销售上述不合格外套 70 个，均销往迪卡侬（上海）体育用品有限公司寒亭分公司，无库存。
