港股研究社讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，沈阳市舍离火塘文化传媒有限责任公司因未经批准擅自出售演唱会门票，被沈阳市文化市场综合执法总队罚款 5000 元，没收违法所得 1100 元。
处罚事由显示，经查明，今年 7 月，该公司在小红书平台创建了名为 “飞基票务” 的账号，并于 8 月在未经批准、未取得演出举办方的授权的情况下，通过该账号销售了 2 张张杰演唱会北京站门票，通过微信收取了 1100 元费用。
