港股研究社讯，据报道，中秋节前夕，三只羊旗下直播间带货的 “香港美诚月饼”，因产地不在香港引发争议。公开信息显示，美诚月饼的品牌运营方为广州市美诚食品有限公司，生产厂家为广州市美诚食品科技有限公司和佛山市美诚食品有限公司。
天眼查 App 显示，今年 2 月，佛山市美诚食品有限公司因生产禁止生产经营的食品，被佛山市南海区丹灶镇人民政府罚款 5.5 万元，没收违法所得 36 元。该公司成立于 2023 年 2 月，法定代表人为余永奇，注册资本 100 万人民币，由张绍灯和余永奇分别持股 70%、30%。值得一提的是，今年 6 月，广州市美诚食品科技有限公司因未按照规定配备安全生产管理人员，被广州市花都区应急管理局罚款 1.5 万元。
