1）北京这么堵了，放开牌照能刺激北京的消费，但是堵上加堵不能接受2）想鼓励汽车消费怎么办呢？在存量里面想办法，鼓励市民更新老旧汽车，以旧换新补贴政策，不会增加新的车，把老的车换成新能源汽车。报废旧车并购买新能源乘用车的市民，可享受高达 2 万元的补贴；若选择 2.0 升及以下排量的燃油车，补贴也增至 1.5 万元，旧车需在 2024 年 7 月 25 日前登记在申请人名下。既要不增加北京车辆（造成进一步拥堵），又要鼓励汽车消费（让北京人换车），让你们换新能源汽车（油车换电车更环保），确实是很努力了😄
