美股研究社讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，长城灵魂（北京）销售有限公司成立，法定代表人为赵胜广，注册资本 500 万人民币，经营范围含汽车零配件零售、摩托车及零配件批发、摩托车及零部件研发、电池销售等。股东信息显示，该公司由长城汽车（601633）旗下长城灵魂科技有限公司全资持股。
据媒体报道，今年 4 月，长城汽车宣布正式进入摩托车市场，旗下摩托车品牌为 “长城灵魂摩托”。
