松果财经讯，天眼查法律诉讼信息显示，近日，因佛山市南海区升笙贸易商行及其经营者余某某未履行致歉义务，刘诗施（刘诗诗）申请强制执行，北京互联网法院公告刘诗施与两被告网络侵权责任纠纷案件判决书。
公告显示，某平台店铺 “曼兰顿” 经营者及商标持有人均为余某某，被告未经刘诗施同意，在其运营的店铺中展示有刘诗施肖像和姓名的图片，意在吸引社会公众关注、宣传其品牌产品，图片中 “刘诗诗携手助力曼兰顿品牌电影《回到爱开始的地方》助力推广” 的宣传文字具有明显的商业营利目的，构成对刘诗施的肖像权、姓名权的侵犯。法院判决两被告公开道歉，并赔偿经济损失 6 万元。
