港股研究社讯，据媒体报道，近日有网友向记者爆料表示，此前 “与辉同行” 直播间中售卖的澳门葡记月饼，涉嫌有质量问题。据悉，该款月饼的监制商为 “澳门葡记食品有限公司”，生产方为 “珠海葡记食品有限公司”。
天眼查 App 显示，珠海葡记食品有限公司则成立于 2014 年 12 月，法定代表人为颜国荣，注册资本 1000 万人民币，经营范围包括食品生产、食品销售、食品互联网销售等，由颜国荣、付秋兰共同持股。抽查检查信息显示，2022 年 2 月和 8 月，该公司两次抽检结果为 “责令整改且整改已完成”。知识产权信息显示，该公司已成功注册数枚 “葡记每日”“葡记” 商标。
