美股研究社讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，北京新东方沃游天下国际旅行有限公司发生工商变更，俞敏洪卸任法定代表人，由杨志辉接任。目前，俞敏洪仍为该公司董事长。
该公司成立于今年 7 月，注册资本 500 万人民币，经营范围含旅游业务、会议及展览服务、露营地服务、组织文化艺术交流活动、票务代理服务等。股权穿透图显示，该公司由北京新东方沃凯德国际教育旅行有限公司全资持股，后者为北京新东方文旅有限公司全资子公司。值得注意的是，不久前，俞敏洪刚卸任北京新东方文旅有限公司、北京新东方沃凯德国际教育旅行有限公司法定代表人，均由杨志辉接任。
