松果财经讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，保时捷（中国）汽车销售有限公司发生工商变更，Michael Horst Kirsch 卸任法定代表人、董事长，由 ALEXANDER HANS-JOSEF POLLICH 接任。
该公司成立于 2005 年 10 月，注册资本 1238 万美元，经营范围包括汽车销售、汽车零配件批发、汽车零配件零售等，由保时捷香港有限公司全资持股。据媒体报道，7 月 20 日，保时捷正式宣布，Alexander Pollich 于 2024 年 9 月 1 日正式就任保时捷中国总裁及首席执行官，全面负责品牌在中国内地、香港及澳门地区的业务。
