天眼查 App 显示，沈阳三只羊网络运营有限公司成立于 2023 年 9 月，法定代表人为杜刚，注册资本 500 万人民币，经营范围包括互联网直播技术服务、品牌管理、市场营销策划等。股东信息显示，该公司由合肥三只羊商业运营管理有限公司、沈阳笑点文化传媒有限公司、安徽润福元信息科技有限公司共同持股。变更记录显示，今年 4 月，李冬升（李炮儿）卸任该公司法定代表人、执行董事、经理，均由杜刚接任。年报信息显示，该公司 2023 年参保人数为 7 人。
